Video does not play / Black Screen

Active-X controls need to be installed or allowed.
At the top of the window click on the (allow active x) notification
This will allow the website to play the video on your computer.

Videos are not formatted for full screen view. Full screen viewing will display fuzzy photos.

If the video tour does not start you may need to update your windows media player to version 9.0 or later. Streaming Video works best with fast internet connections and are not designed to run on dial up service. Click on the icon below to download the 9.0 version. Select a place on your hard drive to download the program to. After the download is completed you will need to locate the download in the folder you saved it to and then run the application. This will update your current windows media player to version 9.0
